I bought this Yoga Mat because I started doing Hath Yoga intensively. It is really a great support for me, I feel grounded and connected to the earth with the cotton mat while doing my practice. You can see that it is high quality and handmade, which makes it very pleasant. While it was difficult in the beginning to adapt to the absence of synthetic ruberrized material, now I have been able to compeltely get used to it and it even trains some extra muscles in that way!

The mat is very well made, organic and comfortable and comes nothing short of what is promised about the darbha grass. It really supports you well during long periods of sitting.

The cushion is firm and very well made, it has a wonderful feel. It can support you during long periods of meditation by sitting on it or by putting it under a knee to relieve some tension. Although I personally don't need the cushion for Pranayam, it can be used perfectly for this as well, by relieving tension from the ankles or the knees in diamond pose.
